Need a hand?

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. These details make it much faster to track down:

• Your iOS version and iPhone model
• The app version, shown at the bottom of Settings → About Rene
• A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see

Send it over. Include the match and what you expected to see. Our data comes from a third-party provider and occasionally arrives late or incomplete, so these reports genuinely help us find the gaps.

If Rene told you it did not have the data, that is working as intended. We would rather say nothing than guess.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it from Settings → Security → Delete Account, inside the app. No email required.

To request an export of your data, or to exercise any other privacy right, email us and we will handle it. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

The fastest route is TestFlight itself: take a screenshot inside the app, or shake your phone, and the feedback sheet appears. That sends us the screenshot along with your device and build details automatically.

Longer thoughts are welcome by email.
